Customization
- Pre-designed templates with default styles, fonts, and layouts, but customization is easy to meet client-specific expectations
- The initial data within the demo file is placeholder data; replace it with your actual client data.
- Load templates from the G-Accon Cloud template library.
- There are eight main reports to customize with your specific data.
- You can also adjust dates for all reports through the ‘Dates’ tab.
- It’s crucial not to modify the ‘Total data’ tab, as it contains essential formulas and queries.
- Users can further add and modify reports based on specific client needs, be it Aged AC/AP, Account Transactions, Budget, Trial Balances or other reports.
Automation
- Utilize the G-Accon for QuickBooks/Xero Auto-refresh feature to schedule automatic updates of the dashboard.
- The refresh frequency can be set as per preference (e.g., daily at 9 a.m.).
Presentation
- Reports like Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows can be edited for presentation to clients.
- Reports’ look and feel, like font, color, and style, can be easily tailored to individual liking.
