Select from the menu Add-ons -> G-Accon for XERO (G-Accon for QuickBooks/FreshBooks/Sage) -> Automation -> Create Workflow and switch to “Automatic Backups” tab.

“Spreadsheet Prefix” and “Spreadsheet Timestamp” fields are used to assign new file name to the snapshot file.
