Aged Receivables and Payables Reports in a Customer’s Currency

Based on numerous requests from our customers, G-Accon has released a highly anticipated new feature – the ability to downloads bills and invoices in a customer’s currency. This can be done by using the Aged Receivables and Payables Detail and Summary report.

OAuth 2.0

OAuth 2.0 is the industry-standard protocol for authorization. OAuth 2.0 focuses on client developer simplicity while providing specific authorization flows for web applications, desktop applications, mobile phones, and living room devices. Xero software is moving to OAuth 2.0 and G-Accon for Xero as well. 

Switch Xero Organizations

In order to select new Xero entity you need to be logged in into Xero. Then you need to select Switch Organization option from the menu Ad-ons-> G-Accon for Xero.

Switch the Organisation allows you to select the desired organization in order to set up new templates, generate reports and automate the refresh processes. This new process eliminates the painful steps to logout from the application and log in again.

How to Build an Advanced Xero/QuickBooks Data Query in Google Sheets

You have the ability to create your own advanced query by using filter Field by ID which allows you to join multiple tables within the same query.   We are going to share some quick tips with you about how to build an advanced Xero/QuickBooks data query in Google Sheets.
