Income Statement Turnover

To get accounting report data from Xero you need to be logged in into Xero. Then you need to select from the menu Add-ons -> G-Accon for Xero -> Get Accounting Reports -> Income Statement Turnover.

Select Income Statement Turnover option from the drop down menu. G-Accon for Xero provides the ability to set up the Date Range for your data manually or you can refresh your data dynamically. Date range should not exceed 365 days.

You have the ability to set up the Date Range (To and From) dynamically. The report data will be calculated based on the selected Date Range.

You also have the ability to set up the Date Range (To and From) statically. The report data will be calculated based on the selected Date Range.

Static Date Range

There are required and optional attributes for Income Statement Turnover report:

  1. Accounts (account names)
  2. Cash Transactions Only (true/false)
  3. To Compare with ( from 1 to 12) previous periods
  4. Sort Previous Periods (Ascending/Descending)
  5. Region Options (regions)

You also have the ability to select all value, some, or at least one:

Xero provides Optional features that might be useful for your business.

Change Pull Settings

Change Pull Settings allows you to perform the following operations:

  1. Create a new Google Sheet
  2. Display Report Title
  3. Create Deep Link to Xero
  4. Display only account codes
  5. Keep Original Formatting
  6. Remove total/summary rows
  7. Retrieve headers
  8. Create a data Table around pulled data
  9. Freeze Data Table Header
  10. Exclude Auto Refresh
  11. Display report summaries
  12. Remove empty dividing rows

You can also provide the start cell, for instance, A11. And provide the name of the template in Template Name field, for instance, Template #1.

To schedule the auto Refresh, you can use option Schedule a Refresh. The important to remember this settings will take effect only if the master auto refresh process in turned on. See the Automation process explanation.

To execute the process, click on the “Execute” button. The Income Statement Turnover details will be populated on the Google Sheet.
