1099 Report (US)

To get accounting report data from Xero you need to be logged in into Xero. Then you need to select from the menu Add-ons -> G-Accon for Xero -> Standard Reports -> 1099 Report.

Select  1099 Report option from the drop down menu. G-Accon for Xero provides the ability to select the Report Year.

Change Pull Settings allows you to perform the following operations:

  1. Create a new Google Sheet
  2. Display Report Title
  3. Create Deep Link to Xero
  4. Display only account codes
  5. Display only account names
  6. Keep Original Formatting
  7. Remove total/summary rows
  8. Retrieve headers
  9. Create a data Table around pulled data
  10. Freeze Data Table Header
  11. Exclude Auto Refresh
  12. Display report summaries
  13. Remove entry diving rows
  14. Show “Account Type” column
  15. Highlight Every Other Row

You can also provide the start cell, for instance, A11. And provide the name of the template in Template Name field, for instance, Template #1.

To schedule the auto Refresh, you can use option Schedule a Refresh. The important to remember this settings will take effect only if the master auto refresh process in turned on. See the Automation process explanation.

To execute the process, click on the “Execute” button. The 1099 Report details will be populated on the Google Sheet.
